The staff at San Francisco Floral were all very helpful. They worked well within our budget, and took into consideration various details of our wedding, that i hadn't even thought of. Great customer service and the bouquet was beautiful on our wedding day.

Diane did an amazing job on my centerpiece flowers. I showed her tons of pictures because I was constantly changing my mind of my centerpieces and in the end she ended up combining all my pictures to create one. The flowers were nice and fresh and they last for weeks.

I was so surprised to see my beautiful bouquet ! I was on a budget and spent so much on everything else I was worried I would not be happy with my budget flowers.. Not only did they work with me not really knowing what I wanted but gave me ideas until I was completely informed on flower 101 !! "What great customer service!!! I just called thinking I was reaching their previous business, Fresno Wholesale Flower Market, and got the owner. He was so helpful!! He told me he could get me bulk, un-arranged flowers at a discounted price when I need them and really has great business ideas. He even felt bad when I said I needed them by a date he could not do. The owner has been in the business for MANY years and drives a refrigerated truck every few to pick out the flowers himself. Customer service like this just doesn't exist anymore.
